Guest writers wanted!

It's quickly becoming apparent that I just don't have time to talk about all the wonderful and weird oddities I come across whist running the shop - I barely even have time to actually take photos any more, let alone write about the gear!

To this end, the blog section of our site is fast becoming a barren wasteland of ancient articles and stale sentences - so we're looking to rejuvenate it with fresh new content. If you have thoughts about cameras, lenses, film or anything else analogue related, please send them in to blog@wycameras.com for consideration. Better yet, published articles will receive a £20 gift voucher to use on anything we have in stock, so there's no reason not to whip out the typewriter!

I'd love to see some:

  • Hands-on camera / lens reviews
  • Thoughts on different film stocks
  • Techniques for shooting / developing
  • Best and worst lists
  • What you enjoy shooting and why
  • Esoteric / unusual gear finds

And anything else you can think of that might entertain and inform your fellow film shooters!

Please limit articles to 1000 words, and include at least 3 images. Send them in by email to blog@wycameras.com only, preferably in .doc format. We'll feature articles on a weekly basis and link back to writers' social media accounts.
